A Party Filled Weekend

I apologize...I am so far behind on blogging that I don't even know where to begin. I know you are all dying to know what we have been up to lately so I thought I would start with a weekend full of fun and birthday parties. We were so excited to be able to celebrate little Drew's second birthday with him at Fun City (a new experience for us). Drew's parents went to college with us and it is always fun to see them. Fun City is a lot like Chuck E Cheese and Cole thought it was awesome! So did Rhonald by the way. Cole played so many fun games and rode on so many fun rides...he cried and cried when we had to go home! Sad, but at least we knew he loved it! The funniest thing to me was how long it took my little man to finish his piece of birthday cake. All of the kids were finished and watching Drew open gifts while Cole sat, slowly eating his cake. When Drew got to his gift he did jump up to tell him that it was from him which was sweet! Thank you Wilson's for including us in your big day!

We were lucky enough to help Dylan, a friend from church, celebrate his 3rd birthday with a construction party. Cole thought that was so cool. The thing he loved the most about Dylan's party....the pinata! He had never seen one before and thought it was so much fun. Tabitha, Dylan's mom, let the kiddos decorate bags with truck stickers to put their candy in. You can imagine how neat Cole thought that was. Cole also loved the cake that looked like it had piles of dirt on it with bulldozers. He was in heaven! We were so tired by the end of the weekend but we both agreed that it was so much fun to celebrate these sweet little boys and their families!
