Cole's First Halloween Party

Cole has been attending a Mother's Day Out program at a local church this fall. After a couple of weeks of adjusting to having time away from mom he has decided that he loves it! This past week the school hosted a Halloween party for the kids. Cole got to wear his fishing costume to school and then go trick or treating to different classrooms. After lunch they had cupcakes and fruit and juice boxes...all of Cole's favorites! I was so excited to be able to help out at Cole's party because I remember my mom helping at all of those kinds of things when I was growing up. It was so fun to see the kids dressed up and playing. I don't ever stay to watch Cole in his class so that was fun too. I think he really liked having me there because he seemed to be showing off the toys in his room and all of the kids spent a great deal of time running around like crazy people! It was so much fun - I hope they have another one for Thanksgiving!
